Please note - the Christmas Feast Menu will replace the Squires Feast menu from 15th November - 26th December.

Entrée

Sydney Rock Oysters – Natural
With eschalot & red wine sauce

Beer Battered Prawns
James Squire Amber Ale beer battered prawns with roasted garlic aioli

Lamb Cutlets
Grilled marinated cutlets on potato rosti and tomato relish

Soft Shell Crab Salad
Lightly fried in salt & pepper with a capsicum, tomato chilli jam & fried shallot salad

Onion & Leek Tart
Baked tart with a rocket & parmesan salad

Chips & salad for the table & fresh bread rolls for each person



MAIN COURSE

Select 3 of the following to be served on an alternating basis

350gm Angus Rump
Served with creamy mash, green beans & jus

Peppered Kangaroo Loin Fillets
Cooked medium rare & served on sweet potato & onion mash with wilted greens & jus

Lamb Rump
Herb crusted & grilled served on a vegetable cous, cous with a tomato & onion jus

Oven Roasted Chicken Supreme
Served with charred corn, chorizo & tomato risotto finished with an apple balsamic reduction

Barramundi Fillet
With a light pepper & herb crust served on a warmed potato salad with seeded mustard dressing

Roasted Pumpkin Risotto
With baby English spinach, pine nuts & baby peas finished in a vegetable stock


DESSERT

Served on an alternating basis

Chocolate & Date Pudding
Traditional sticky date pudding served with vanilla bean ice cream & butterscotch sauce

Bread & Butter Pudding
Made on fresh brioche bread with sultanas served with vanilla anglaise & ice cream

Apple & Rhubarb Crumble
Stewed granny smith apples poached rhubarb served with a rum & raisin ice cream

Lemon Myrtle Brulée
(Australian native spiced) Served with squires home made honeycomb

All menus come with chips & salad for the tableb and a bread roll per person

One Course
Alternate serve of three mains - $30 per person
Full choice main course - $35 per person

Two Courses
Either entrée & main or main & dessert

Alternate serve of two courses - $45 per person

Full choice main course only - $50 per person
Full choice entrée & main course - $55 per person

Three Courses
Alternate serve three courses - $60 per person

Full choice main course only - $65 per person
Full choice 3 courses - $70 per person

A 10% surcharge applies on Sunday & Public Holiday. A 3% Diners surcharge applies.

Menus items are subject to change due to availability of fresh produce. Special dietary requirements can be catered for separately.
