Terms and Conditions

The James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card program is a complimentary Membership Program operated by Gr8 Pub Pty Ltd, (ABN +00 000 000 0000) trading as James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant (JSB) as agents for the participating venue. The Program is only available to members who are frequent visitors of James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant, Sydney.

1. To join the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card Member Program, you must collect your card at James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant and register your details online at www.jamessquirebrewhouse.net Once registered, you can then begin to earn credit and enjoy membership benefits. You will be unable to redeem benefits until you complete your details online. Log in details for card: JSQ100001

2. As a welcome benefit to the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card, you will be rewarded with AUD$5 credit once your details are completed online as above.

3. To earn James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit, you must present your card at JSB when making a purchase, which will then be swiped by a James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Crew Member to record the purchase amount and credit earned from that purchase. If the card isn’t presented at time of purchase, no credit will be earned for that purchase. ie. Receipts won’t be accepted at a later time for credit accrual.

4 James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit can only be earned or redeemed in-store at James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant .

5. To earn James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit, the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Cardholder Member must be paying the bill.

6 James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit is accrued on the basis of 5 cents per AUD$1 spent at James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant. The James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit accumulates and can be redeemed for future purchases in James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant for dine-in. Members may earn James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit on this ratio AUD$1 = 5 cents for a maximum of 10 people in any one transaction (excludes gratuity). James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant has the right to adjust this credit ratio at any time.

7. The James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card Program is not applicable to functions of 11 people or more.

8. The James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card allows you to load a dollar value onto your James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card for future purchases in store at James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant. This dollar value is a pre-payment only for the goods of James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card.

9. Loading dollar credit onto your card will reward you with 5 cents per AUD$1 loaded.

10. Any amount loaded onto your card is non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. If you cancel your membership, your loaded credit is non-refundable.

11. The minimum dollar value amount you can load onto your James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card is AUD$20. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant may change the minimum amount at any time, without notice.

12. When redeeming a purchase with credit on your James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card, no additional credit will be accumulated.

13. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

14. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit cannot be used as part-payment towards a purchase. The Card Member must have the whole amount of the transaction in credit to make their redemption for the entire transaction.

15. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit cannot be earned in conjunction with any other special or offer.

16. To view your credit balance on the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card, you must do so online at www.jamessquirebrewhouse.net

17. By registering your James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card, the member hereby gives permission for James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant to contact the member via the contact details provided. Due to privacy laws, individual account information will not be given to anyone other than the member whose name appears on the account.

18. All important notices will be communicated to members via electronic mail. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their e-mail address has been provided and is correct. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant accepts no responsibility if email communication has not been received by Members or for any delay in delivery due to technical disruption or other reasons.

19. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card Members have access to change their personal details at any time via the website at www.jamessquirebrewhouse.net

21. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card Members may be offered special promotions periodically that we feel will be of interest to you. These could be subject to additional terms and conditions.

22. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant does not charge any fees for the issue, activation or use of your James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card.

23. Any discrepancy will only be honoured upon presentation and review of the restaurant receipt/s.

24. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit cannot be credited retrospectively and can only be allocated to one account. Once James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit has been earned and awarded to one Membership Account, it cannot be transferred.

25. Membership privileges will only be extended to the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card Member. Members must identify themselves to the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Crew Members on settling the bill by providing their Membership Card for credit accumulation purposes.

26. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant reserves the right to remove credit from your member account that has been added incorrectly, without notice to the Card Member.

27. It is the individual member’s responsibility to notify James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant of any change in any personal details. If we are unable to contact a member within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to close the membership account. All James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit at that time will be forfeited.

28. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant reserves the right to cancel a Membership at any time if it appears that the Membership is being used in any other way than which the program is designed.

29. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant reserves the right to suspend the membership of any Card Member in the event that large credit loads accumulate on your James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant membership account pending investigation into that credits’ accumulation.

30. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards. The card is to be treated like cash. Any outstanding credit in those instances will be forfeited.

31. Federal, state or other taxes resulting from James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit earned or redeemed are the sole responsibility of the member.

32. The program has no predetermined lifespan and may continue until such time as GR8 Pub Pty. Ltd, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a termination date.

33. If the program is cancelled at any time, all James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant credit at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

34. Should the James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant Card Member program be unable to operate as intended, for reasons outside of James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant control such as computer virus or unauthorized intervention that affects the security of the programs administration and information, James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify the program.

35. James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant reserves the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, credit benefits, in whole or in part, at any time, as its sole discretion, with or without notice. Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any benefit.

36. In all matters, all decisions of James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant will be final and cannot be contested. The Member here by agrees to accept such decisions.

37. Other than as provided herein neither the program nor any benefit offering or the like relating to the program shall be construed as or constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractualrelationship between GR8 Pub Pty. Ltd. and the member.
