Antipasto platters
King prawns, Tasmanian oysters, smoked Atlantic salmon, salami,
ham, mixed marinated olives & pickled vegetables


 

MAIN COURSE

Roast Turkey Breast
Served with roast vegetables, cranberry sauce & gravy

Slow Roasted Loin of Pork
Served with roast vegetables, apple sauce and gravy

Swordfish Steak
Served with baked potato, lemon butter sauce and a fresh garden salad.

Vegetarian Risotto
With sundried tomatoes, red peppers, pumpkin, mushrooms & baby spinach
in a Napolitana sauce topped with parmesan cheese

Chips & salad for the table and fresh bread rolls for each person


 

DESSERT

Plum Pudding
With brandy anglaise and cream

Chocolate Mud Cake
Served with whipped cream

Fruit Salad
Served with vanilla ice-cream


 

PRICING INFORMATION

3 Course - $70 per person
The antipasto platter is the set entree. Please select 2 items from the main course
to be served on an alternate basis and one dessert course.

2 Course - $60 per person
Please select 2 items from the main course to be served on an alternate basis and either the entree or one dessert course.

Set Main - $40 per person
Please select 2 items from the main course to be served on an alternate basis.
 

Menus items are subject to change due to availability of fresh produce. Special dietary requirements and vegetarians can be catered for separately.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sunday & Public Holidays.
